This museum is housed within the KRI Pasopati 410, a Soviet-built Whiskey-class submarine commissioned by the Indonesian Navy in 1962. The submarine notably participated in Operation Trikora, aimed at reclaiming West Irian from Dutch control. After its decommissioning in 1994, the vessel was transformed into a museum and opened to the public in 1998. Visitors can explore the submarine's interior, including its torpedo room, control room, and crew quarters, gaining insights into naval life and Indonesia's maritime history.
